Cons.Man was founded in 2013 by Fabrizio Rota as a result of his passion and many years of experience in the field of international construction management.

He studied Engineering at Milan Polytechnic University and this, along side his work experience in Switzerland and his families construction business, helped solidify his interest and knowledge of all aspects of construction.

In 2007 the first building project commenced in Slovakia. The turning point for Cons.Man. was in Romania in 2011. A number of important projects evolved that allowed young professionals to work with a company called En.Pro Cons.
The growth of structural design and construction management has continued to increase year on year in Europe and the Middle East.

The project in Kazakhstan, where KY.RA was set up in 2015, highlight the Cons.Man group's aim and desire to continually strengthen their position in this sector. Establishing in London a new company named In.Cos Idea, in 2016, is the confirm of our positive intention.

Cons.Man continues to grow thanks to the passion and professionalism of their staff and their strong international relationships.
